TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, you are stating that you understand and agree to all rules and conditions stated below.

I. GENERAL TERMS○ I WILL DRAW ✓:
✓ Furry / Anthro / Animal based characters
✓ SFW / NSFW content (You must be 18+ for this option)○ I WON'T DRAW ✕:
✕ Human / Mecha
✕ Violence / Illegal / Negative content
✕ Gore / Vore / Extreme fetishes
✕ Anything that makes me feel uncomfortable (ask me if you're unsure)○ General art workflow: Sketch > Lineart > Flat Color > Fully Colored/Shaded.○ Turnaround time: 2 to 4 weeks depending on complexity.○ Additional fees and prices may vary depending on complexity.II. PAYMENT○ All commissions must be paid in full or half upfront, or a rough sketch of the commission before the payment request is acceptable if required.○ All payments are made through PAYPAL only.○ Acceptable currency: USD.III. PROCESS○ Once you are ready with your request, please contact me about your commission through DMs/Email/Discord with details and references.○ I begin to work on your commission once the payment is made via PayPal invoice.○ I provide WIPs for the Sketch, Lineart, Flat Color and Shading phases or whenever I need your feedback on the current progress.○ Major adjustments can only be made in the Sketch phase, whereas the Lineart, Flat Color and Shading phases only allow for minor adjustments if needed.○ The final piece with full resolution will be sent to you via Google Drive or Email (depending on your preference) once the commisison is approved as completion.○ I also might provide alternative versions of the piece (with minor changes, artistic freedom, experimental effects, etc.) with no extra charges required.IV. USAGE POLICY○ I, the artist, will retain all legal and artistic rights to the completed commission artwork and can use it for promotion, advertisements, and examples publicly.○ You, the commissioner, can also use the commissioned artwork for PERSONAL USE ONLY, and you are not allowed to: edit or remove my signature, alter the artwork, claim the artwork is your own, use the artwork for Crypto/NFTs or AI training or attempt to profit off my work or without my, the artist´s, consent.V. CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY○ I have the right to decline or cancel a commission at any time for any reasons that makes me unable to complete your commission request, resulting in a full refund to you if the payment has been made before.○ You have the right to cancel the commission before the payment is made, but you're not allowed to cancel or ask for a refund afterward.
